About me...

I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach; also certified in Chakra Healing and Reiki. Experienced in NLP ( neurolinguistic programming) and EFT (emotional freedom technique). 

I am mainly concentrating on Rapid Resolution Therapy as I see it as the most effective method to overcome various stucknesses in peoples lives.

With more than 300 hours of training in Repid Resolution Therapy I am now on my way to become a RRT SPECIALIST. Being an Empath and having a highly sensitive soul is my superpower so I can work effectively with people by having a deep understanding of their stuckness or turmoil.

Having spent years studying different methods and modalites on how to improve the quality of human lives in regards to mental, emotional or behavioural issues, I can say there is not one other approach that had an impact on me like RRT. After achieving amazing results in my personal life, I decided to get trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and become a RRT Specialist so my clients can also experience huge shifts in their lives.

Believe me, no matter what challenge you are facing right now in your life, there is power in altering your thoughts and emotions, therefore your behaviour is going to change; your actions and habits change. Hence, you change, what has an immense impact on everyone and everything around you. A ripple effect occures!

Besides helping people to live life to their full potential, I am a Mom to a boy and a girl and happily married to my soulmate who I have met 19 years ago.

My interests: spirituality, self-development (constantly breaking the habit of being me and evolving), pilates, cooking , traveling and spending time with my family and our dog.
